This will be an unecessary expense to both individuals and the Virginia.  I bet very few, if any, of the relatively small number of disciplinary actions against current Virginia PE's will be prevented by this requirement.  How do we stack up as a group against our counterparts in states that already have this onerous requirement?  Probably better.
