Description The regulations protect public health by providing effective standards applicable to campgrounds addressing approved water supplies and sewage and solid waste disposal systems, adequate and sanitary preparation, handling, protection and preservation of food, proper maintenace of buildings, grounds and equipment, vector and pest control, toilet, swimming and bathing facilities, measures to control animals and pets, procedures and safeguards for hazardous situations such as the maintenance and sale of propane gas, along with appropriate provisions for obtaining a license.
