I strongly oppose pt doing dry needle.
Firstly it is against public safety for pt do needlinge with training other than thousand hours .
Second, not legal and moral to do. Acupuncture has been treating patients many years on patients with needles on trigger points and reflection points. Now pt argues they are using triggering pts based on modern defination of body. It is like someone comes to your house and claim it is his house bc he gives a new name.
There are ways to do dry needle through acupuncture school and certification. Don't need to risk public safety.
