Objection to a draft "Dry Needling"

I am a citizen and received both PT and Acupuncture treatment. Depending on various health problems of mine, both treatments have produced positive results to cure my problem. However, I will object to a draft "Dry Needling" regulations. I believe a creator of the regulation misunderstood practice of acupuncture and physical therapy practice. They employ different views of therapy and totally different therapy technique. PT therapists are not receiving adequate training during education period and are not licensed by law to practice acupuncture cannot legally use needles and insert to patients body. There are real risks associated with the use of needles by PT therapists who lack the education and supervised clinical training of licensed acupuncturists. It violate FDA regulation regarding classified acupuncture and acupuncture practice.
