I oppose this petition because the recordkeeping rules for shelters in Virginia are already comprehensive. This petition would duplicate records that MOST shelters already keep and bog them down with unnecessary red tape.

Please also understand that the NKAC is a one-person organization from another state who denies the tragedies of animal overpoplutaion and contributes to the crisis with his ignorance. Note that the NKAC does not rescue, shelter, or care for any animals in California, Virginia, or anywhere else.
