The current regulations are effective in ensuring the provision of quality, effective, and ethical behavior analytic services in the state of Virginia.

Should an advisory board be created to ensure the upholding of regulations in the field, it is recommended that the board consist of licensed behavior analysts who are credential by the BACB in addition to members of the community, including families and providers of those receiving services.
