As a licensed behavior analyst, I respectfully ask the board to approve the regulations as currently written.  Current licensing standards have provided access to high-quality behavior analystic services for many young children with autism.  The regulations appropriately recognize the rigor of certification standards for behavior analysts, providing assurance to families that their children's care is supervised by qualified individuals.  Thank you for your consideration.
