I am absolutely disagree the proposal of Medicaid cutting the hours  needed for our special needed children. Their hours are approved by their conditions and their needs. If we have to put our children in the facilities, Medicaid will have to pay 24/7. We know that facility is not caring for our children like we the parents does.
