I am Idalgiza Lisa Grullon and I support the comments from The Arc of Northern Virginia. 

I never understand. Why is the population that needs the most help, the ones that have the most taken from? These are individuals that often need round the clock care, why reduce hours from the parents that are already often struggling with care. I am a single mom, I have no family in the area, and my daughter has been taken advantage of and abused by people meant to care for her. I am her PCA and the assistance the PCA hours provide are now to be reduced? This is a full-time, lifelong care, why take more away and add to what are already difficult circumstances for all us parents and caretakers.
