Our service facilitator has been instrumental in assisting us to provide imperative and excellent care for our son for the last 21 years. Having extended family members to provide respite care is critical for him to receive appropriate and accurate care. Our son requires 24/7 presence of caregivers or family members and without service facilitation he will experience accelerated medical decline.
