Throughout the years, our service facilitators have helped us understand the waiver itself, along with the services we can access.  They have helped us navigate the various intricacies of maintaining the waiver.

I am deeply concerned about eliminating this role and moving to an as yet not fully defined new model.

We currently have lapses in Medicaid coverage due to long processing times for renewals.  I believe this change at this time will further complicate coverage, causing further loss of vital services for our fellow human beings.
