It is clear how good the FCHS is by looking at their volunteer support.  I've never seen an organization with so much local support through donations, volunteer work, and foster families.  This proves that the work they do is important to the local community.  By changing the time requirements for veterinarians you are not only supporting a local business, but you will also be reflecting the desires of the people in the area.
