The veterinarian shortage has placed our local Humane Society in great difficulty.The Franklin County Humane Society battles day after day to reduce the pet overpopulation issue. Without the help of a veterinarian the number of unwanted pet pregnancies will continue to increase. I’m asking/pleading that you consider amending 18VAC150-20(2) to require documentation of active practice from two years to one of the last four years prior to application. Thank you!
