FCHS is a wonderful low cost animal clinic and is in need of a veteranian to help them continue.to serve the people of Franklin county as well as surrounding counties.  There are a lot of people that cannot afford full price veteranian care for their animals. Please consider changing the requirements from 2 years to 1 year.  Thank you so much!
