RGGI helps Virginians every day! I have been at college in VA for the past three years and the area has many opportunities to take action in sustainability efforts, and pulling out of the RGGI would be a step in the wrong direction. Many states in the North have been successful with the RGGI for much longer than VA has been in the program, we should look to them for guidance and encouragement that this is an impactful program.
