I believe that the benefits of RGGI are being ignored in favor of bandaid solutions to existing problems. RGGI is a fine approach in reducing climate pollution and ecological conservation. It is very sad in my area, Virginia Beach, where pollution and other sorts of climate issues are prevalent. I implore those in power to reconsider their outlooks on RGGI, for I believe that it has done a good amount to help the community
