| Purpose of the meeting To obtain public comment on a proposed permit to control emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from Kraft Foods Global, Inc., Richmond Bakery, located in Henrico County, Virginia. The facility is subject to reasonably available control technology (RACT). If adopted, the Commonwealth intends to submit the permit as a revision to its State Implementation Plan (SIP) in accordance with the requirements of ยง 110(a) of the federal Clean Air Act. The public comment period begins on August 16, 2007 and ends on September 17, 2007. An informational meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the same location. | |
