| Purpose of the meeting To receive public comment on a draft permit from the Department of Environmental Quality to limit air pollution from Hercules, Inc. in Southampton County. Hercules Incorporated has applied for a permit to install two boilers, 90 million BTU/hour each, to provide process steam. The expected effect on local air quality will be insignificant. The public comment period begins on July 20, 2007 and ends on September 6, 2007. In addition, an informational briefing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on August 22, 2007 at the same location. | |
