| Purpose of the meeting The only agenda item is a continuation of the Mirant agenda item from the Board’s meeting on March 26, 2007. A quorum of the Board will be at the Hampton Inn in Lexington. Three additional sites will be connected through audio conference means. The three sites are: Department of Environmental Quality Northern Regional Office, 13901 Crown Court, Woodbridge.
