| Purpose of the meeting Tire Energy Corporation has applied for an additional amendment to a permit for operating a scrap tire fueled boiler in Henry County. The additional amendment to the permit revises emission limits for carbon monoxide based on testing performed during and after the initial public comment period for modifying the existing permit in 2006. The public comment period began on March 18, 2007 and ends on April 17, 2007. | |
