| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing being held by the Department of Environmental Quality on a proposed revision to the State Implementation Plan (SIP). The proposed revision consists of amendments to existing regulations for nonattainment area new source review. The amendments add new requirements for sources located or seeking to locate in the Ozone Transport Region. The Department is seeking comment on the issue of whether the regulation amendments should be submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency as a revision to the SIP. | |
