| Purpose of the meeting A public meeting to receive comment on the notice of intended regulatory action to consider amending the regulations that govern permitting for new major stationary sources and major modifications as necessary to meet the new source reform requirements of 40 CFR Part 51 (Rev. E03). The Notice of Intent will be published in the Virginia Register and the public comment period will begin on July 12, 2004 and the comment period will close on September 8, 2004. | |||
