| Purpose of the meeting The Charitable Gaming Board (Board) will meet to offer comments to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services on the proposed regulations on electronic gaming, which are proposed pursuant to the requirements set forth in Chapters 722 and 767 of the 2022 Acts of Assembly. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |||
