| Purpose of the meeting A public briefing by the Department of Environmental Quality that will provide information on an air quality permit application for a proposed electric power generating facility in Warren County. Virginia Electric and Power Company has applied for a permit to construct the Warren County Combined Cycle Facility; a natural gas fired combined-cycle combustion turbine electric power generating facility. The facility will be classified as a major source of air pollution and will be located in the Warren Industrial Park in Warren County.
