| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing convened by the Department for a permit amendment to modify and operate the TransMontaigne Norfolk Terminal. The facility is a bulk petroleum product storage and distribution facility. The proposed amendment to the permit would allow for an increase in the distillate oil throughput through the barge loading operation, an increase in the gasoline throughput through the truck loading operation, an increase in the loading throughput of denatured ethanol, gasoline loading through the barge loading operation, the modification of one storage tank to store gasoline with the addition of an internal floating roof and seal system, the inclusion of two exempt emergency generators and one exempt emergency fire pump, and the inclusion of the roof landing emissions from all floating roof tanks.
