| Purpose of the meeting In addition to the regular business portion of the Board meeting, the Board will discuss the results of the recent public comment period on the proposed amendments to Parts I, II, III and XIII of the Virginia Stormwater Management Program Permit Regulations and potential changes to address the comments received for the Board's consideration. An opportunity will be provided for public comment on the potential amendments under consideration. No final action will be taken by the Board on these regulations at this meeting. Final consideration of the regulations will occur at a special October meeting. NOTE: Attached to the agenda is a regulatory discussion document that outlines potential changes being considered to the regulations to address key issues raised during the public comment period. | |||
