| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing on an amendment to their permit from the Department of Environmental Quality for a major source in Richmond, Virginia. Kinder Morgan Southeast Terminals, LLC. has applied for an amendment to the State Major source permit for their Richmond, VA petroleum products storage and distribution facility. The facility is located at 2000 Trenton Avenue, City of Richmond, Virginia. There is a proposed increase in annual Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) emissions. The public comment period will be from July 22, 2009 to August 24, 2009. | |
