| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receiving comments on an application for an air permit for Adams Construction Company to establish the current location of this portable asphalt plant as its new homebase. (Even though this portable asphalt plant has been in this location for several years, its permitted homebase is in Campbell County, Virginia.) The facility is a portable hot-mix asphalt plant, with a parallel flow drum design. It is classified as a minor source of air pollution. An information briefing will be held before the public hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. | |
