| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing on a draft new minor source construction permit for Ramirez Contracting LLC to construct and operate a hot mix asphalt plant in Washington County, Virginia. The comment period begins on July 21, 2008 and ends on August 21, 2008. The technologies that will be used to control the air pollution from the facility are a fabric filter baghouse and wet suppression. No adverse impacts are anticipated in the area as a result of this project. | |
