| Purpose of the meeting A public meeting to receive comments on the notice of intended regulatory action to amend (Rev.J07) the Regulations for the Control and Abatement of Air Pollution concerning certain consumer and commercial products (specifically, for emissions from consumer products and portable fuel container spillage) and to adopt a regulation concerning VOC emissions from adhesives and sealants, and to extend the applicability of four consumer and commercial product regulations to the Richmond VOC Emissions Control Area (specifically, for control of VOC emissions from consumer products, portable fuel container spillage, architectural and industrial maintenance coatings, and mobile equipment repair and refinishing operations). The Notice of Intended Regulatory Action will be published in the Virginia Register of Regulations on January 7, 2008. The public comment period begins on January 7, 2008, and ends on February 6, 2008. | |
