| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on a draft major state operating permit for Kinder Morgan Southeast Terminals LLC's petroleum products storage and distribution facility. The facility is located at 2000 Trenton Avenue, City of Richmond, Virginia. There is a proposed increase in annual Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) emissions. The new permit would allow the source to increase the volume of gasoline and petroleum products distributed by their facility. The public comment period begins on December 5, 2007, and ends on January 3, 2008. | |
