| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on a draft permit modification for INGENCO fto produce electrical power from landfill gas from the Brunswick Landfill. This landfill gas is normally combusted in open flares located on the Brunswick Landfill site and this electrical power generation is considered a beneficial use of the energy. The public comment period begins on December 5, 2007, and closes on January 24, 2008. An informational briefing will begin 1/2 hour before the public hearing. | |
