A public hearing on a draft State Operating Permit for the Mirant Potomac River LLC’s, Potomac River Generating Station as recommended to the State Air Pollution Control Board on October 10, 2007. A public information session will be held 1/2 hour before the public hearing. The public comment period ends on November 19, 2007.
