| Summary |
This guidance and accompanying submission forms provides a procedure for the solid waste generator and the Solid Waste Management Facility wishing to accept the special waste to follow and seek approval from the Department for the management of the special waste at the permitted disposal facility in accordance with 9 Virginia Administrative Code 20-81-610. Use of these instructions helps to ensure that the Department has all adequate information to evaluate the request. This guidance replaces and supersedes any previous Department guidance on special waste request. |
