Title Submission Instruction 20 - Termination of Post-Closure Activity Evaluation

Summary Submission Instructions No. 20 has been revised to include more specific language with respect to necessary groundwater documentation to be include in the TPCA Evaluation. These instructions are applicable to solid waste disposal facilities that are requesting either a termination or reduction of post-closure care (PCC) monitoring and maintenance activities as allowed by the Virginia Solid Waste Management Regulations (VSWMR). This submission instruction provides information regarding the documentation to be submitted in an evaluation for termination or reduction in PCC activities.
