Reason for Extension:
This regulation provides for remote supervision of VDH and DBHDS dental hygienists; its expiration may have an impact on the ability of those agencies to deliver dental services to underserved populations in the Commonwealth. Final regulations were submitted on 12/20/20.
This emergency extension request was approved by the Governor's office on 3/29/2021.
