This is violation of DOE, federal and state guidelines on how to conduct Public educational instruction in a safe and orderly fashion. This policy violates enrollment status accountability for ALL students through out the day. This statement explicitly states that staff and/or school admin,, faculty "are NOT allowed" to do their job and question ONLY Transgender students. BUT non-transgender students are allowed to be questioned.

Violates DOE Federal and State mission and School Principal, staff, admins, faculty roles and responsibility who ARE responsible for ALL Students (who they are, where they are and what they are doing when conducting school business). Students, specifically transgender students DO NOT RUN the Public Schools
All students will be allowed to use any bathroom or locker room they choose, without being questioned by any school administrator or faculty, eliminating privacy and safety of students in states of undress.
“Access to facilities such as restrooms and locker rooms that correspond to a student’s gender identity shall be available to all students.” (Draft Policy, p.18)
“School staff should not confront students about their gender identity upon entry into the restroom.” (Recommended Standard, p.18)
