EVV is taking valuable time away from disabled
 

I am a live in attendant.I only get 30 hrs a week allowed to take care of my disabled invalid mother.

Of course I take care of her 24/7.I have not had a social life for 8 yrs now.It is very stressful being an attendant as it is,and is taking time and care away from my mother when I have to set an alarm to clock in and clock out.I have kept a tab on the number of minutes for a week that it takes to deal with this app and it totaled,which was 1hr 11 minutes because the app just sits ther because it is not responding.Total that for a yr ! 

I have had more health problems..stress and high blood pressure since I have been required to use this app,than I have had in my lifetime.

I will care for my mother to no end,but this app needs to go! Either perfect the app or don't require it ! I was told this came about because of people committing fraud.Isn't this why we have coordinators visiting once a mth? Surely they can detect this and report it.Yes..I know fraud happens because I have seen it and reported it..but I know one person that is still living in the same conditions.So is this app really going to stop it??? You are only treating us honest ones like criminalsand the dishonest ones like queens.
