As a Virginia taxpayer, I would support providing telemedicine for Medicaid patients.  This will be good for the health of Medicaid patients who need to take care of themselves, and not let their medical condition from getting worse.  They can use telemedicine as a way to get preventative health care instead of going to the emergency room for minor health concerns.
