We need to do everything possible to Reduce and Cap Carbon Dioxide from Fossil Fuel Fired Electric Power Generating Facilities. I support carbon dioxide pollution reduction.  This pollution kills millions of people each year and is the reason Richmond/Chesterfield has the highest Asthma rate in the state.  Please be smart and promote renewable technologies such as solar for a healthier environment and to stop global warming.  Health should win over greedy corporate interests.
