This is such a shame to close such a successful program that help out people and families that have addictions. My friend is in an Oxford House while in this program they have overcome their addiction, bring her back with her family, and it gives her the strength to overcome the pressure of their addiction. Living in a structured environment they have the support of others in the house that are dealing with similar issues. The programs offered encourages them to have the support that they need without being judged by others, it give them the space to talk about their problems, new cooking skills, helps them to out to go do their jobs that they have, and makes them accountable. It would be tragic to close such a successful program.
