As someone who has been in recovery for 2 decades, I can't begin to tell you how much Oxford Houses have helped folks get sober and stay sober. These homes are vital to folks new in sobriety and I believe they save lives. 
Requiring them to be run in the same manner as commercial, for profit businesses will cause them to close permanently, leaving no options for some.

Please consider changing those rules, and please clarify whether house members are considered the operators.
