As a citizen of our Commonwealth and a consistent voter here in Virginia I demand that the current ban on weapons possession by EMS workers while on-duty be repealed!  These honorable first responders put their lives on the line each and every day to serve our communities.  They should not be put at greater risk by a wrong-headed law that disarms them when they can be at risk from the criminal element that all-too-often creates the medical emergencies that EMS is called-upon to respond to!  Again, PLEASE REPEAL THE WEAPONS BAN FOR EMS!
