I find it the height of adsurdity that one can trust EMS professionals with your life but not carrying a gun/pistol? I guess those who are for keeping this silly and irrational ban are scared that EMS personnel might shoot them versus saving their life.  All the EMS people I have ever met were professionals and I have no problem what-so-ever in calling for revoking this illogical ban.  Guns don't kill, people do.  This is another classic example of a stupid law that makes no sense but is on the books; repeal it.
