I am a former law enforcement officer and retired military. I routinely went on calls with EMS workers and saw the many dangerous situations they can be involved in. Many times they are unable to have a LEO arrive in a timely manner to provide support on a call and they should have the same right as any other citizen to be able to carry  a weapon to protect themselves and thier patients as well. I fully support them being able to carry on the job and this right must be granted to them.
