The conditions presented in the petition are common sense for fisheries, especially one such as menhaden which are a vital food source for Chesapeake Bay fisheries.  And it should be noted that many of the petitions conditions are apparently required by law.  Additionally, foreign companies should not be allowed to deplete this important component of our fishery's food web.  We have nothing to gain by allowing it and much to lose.
