I strongly oppose this petition. It is a unkind and harmful to individuals who identify as a certain sex.  It is a baseless, politically motivated attempt to use trans people as pawns in a culture war and has no foundation in science or public health.  Additionally, it falls outside of  the legal authority of the Board.

These attacks hurt trans people, and they also create harmful scrutiny on all women and girls. This is not about fairness, it's about control. Please do the right thing and deny this petition.
