I strongly oppose this petition. It is a baseless, politically motivated attack on trans women and girls. No one transitions to get some vague advantage at sports, they to it to be true to themselves. This should disqualify someone from participating in a sport they are interested in.

This petition has no scientific foundation and falls outside the Board’s legal authority. These attacks harm trans people and increase scrutiny on all bodies. It is an attack on already small and vulnerable part of the population for no good reason other than to have a convenient target.
