I strongly oppose this petition. It is a baseless, politically motivated attempt to use trans people, especially trans women and girls, as pawns in a culture war perpetrated by right-wing zealots. It has no foundation in science or public health, and falls outside the legal authority of the Board.  These types of petitions are meant to create fear of trans people.  These attacks endanger trans people, and they also create harmful scrutiny on all women and girls. This is not about fairness, it's about control.  Please deny this petition.
