I strongly oppose this petition. It is a baseless, politically motivated attempt to use trans people, especially trans women and girls, as pawns in a culture war. There is no foundation in science or public health. I do not believe that it falls within the legal authority of the Board.

Not only do these attacks hurt trans people, and they also create harmful scrutiny on all women and girls. In my opinion, this is not about fairness, it's about control. I urge you to please deny this petition.
